OVERVIEW |
The Camera Obscura is disintegrated into different spaces, each having a particular function. Yet it still maintains an overall cohesive character. The trapezoidal nature of these camera obscuras provides flexibility in projection. It goes beyond the conventional projector and screen scalar relationship. The pinholes were designed to be movable so as for students to learn the physical nature of the camera obscura. The various heights of the camera obscura establishes a hierarchy of views. The radial nature of the material creates tension and a dynamic form.
